<description>Hey guys, I wanted to tell you thank you for helping us with our pit and refuel on our third lap. This was my third time to race including two times in Baja 1000. Still have not finished a race but gaining experience and seat time is really helping me learn how to drive my 5/1600 car better and discover what areas it performs best. Obviously at 55 MPH, speed is not where it is, big air or jumps it doesn&#039;t handle well but in the tight winedy sections, with the help of the new rear cutting brakes, it can get through it pretty quick. It was probably the heaviest horse power to weight ratio car so it was hard to reach top speed in short flat sections and hill climbs were all pretty much first or second gear.Overall, Blackwell is a good place and chance for me to practice and tune the suspension in preparation for Baja 1000 in the future. The next Blackwell event, if we are welcomed back, I might consided letting you guys decide which driver and codriver would feel confident they could drive the car to victory and still keep the top together. Its hard to compete with the open wheel 1 and 2-2600 cars since they are about 500 to 700 lbs lighter and 18&quot; longer wheel base. Mabe if I can get there early next time, you guys can help figure out the best setup and tune for the suspension. The car still wants to nose dive on jumps.
Anyway, thanks for a great weekend and we are looking forward the next race. Hopefully there will be at least one more true 5/1600 car there to compete with.

Thank you TA Race team,
